When Can I expect my order?
Typically, your order will be shipped 7 days, however my policies state 2-3 weeks in case of unforeseen circumstances. Your purchase will be shipped to your Etsy address, so please make sure this is correct before purchasing.
Shipping is now based on ETSY prices and tracking/speed are selected by the BUYER at checkout! Remember processing time is not included in the shipping/transit time estimate.
Customers are responsible for the payment of all the taxes and duties, that certain countries can have (ETSY now collects VAT at purchase).

Will my Item be the one in the listing picture?
NO. Each mold is made to order. Occasionally I will CHANGE THE OUTER SHAPE of the mold if I feel it will be better for the customer (easier release, easier to see etc.)... I update the listing pictures, but sometimes this lags behind a bit!
Does CloneMold do CUSTOM orders?
Usually the answer is "not at the moment". If you can provide us with a prototype (I do no make new shapes from scratch), then I may be able to make a mold for you. Please note that this "custom mold" may be used to sell in my store, and there is no exclusivity without a discussion with CloneMold.

5 out of 5 starsThese are always great and easy to work with, but for anyone who is having difficulty deciding between materials. I suggest the clear-based one that costs a tad more. They last longer and are in my opinion more heavy-duty for lots of use. 10/10 will shop here again.

4 out of 5 starsI waited to review until I made a ring. It’s hard to get the resin in, because the opening is rather small and it’s not a deep mold. Makes for a very fragile ring. Wish it was bigger and made for a thicker ring.

Remember processing time is not included in the shipping/transit time estimate. Items that qualify for free shipping are sent standard small tracked package to the US and Standard small packet air (NO TRACKING) overseas. ESTIMATED DELIVERY times generated by ETSY are currently still VERY INACCURATE due to overload causing transit delays! PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS!

Parcels sent via Canada Post. YOU choose shipping type - Shipping is now based on ETSY prices and tracking/speed are selected by the BUYER at checkout! Processing time is not included in time estimate.
Items that qualify for free shipping are sent standard small tracked package to the US and Standard small packet air (NO TRACKING) overseas.
Express Option is available at checkout, however orders outside of Canada are not Guaranteed transit times due to customs hold ups.

Will my Item be the one in the listing picture?
Unless you have ordered a resin jewelry piece the answer is No. Each mold is made to order. Occasionally I will change the outer shape of the mold if I feel it will be better for the customer (easier release, easier to see etc.)... I update the listing pictures, but sometimes this lags behind a bit!
What if my parcel does not arrive?
It is rare for a parcel to not arrive, but on the rare occasion it can happen. If you have you have not received your parcel within 60 WORKING days, please contact me to make a claim through Canada Post for a lost parcel this can not be done before the 60 working days. ALL OTHER CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS ETSY (NOT CLONEMOLD).
Custom and personalized orders
Occasionally I accept custom orders if a buyer sends us a piece they would like a mold of. Custom molds made for customers are NOT "exclusive" and can be used as molds sold in my shop.
